This note explains what happens to the details you send us through annaoffice.com, and what the live demo keeps. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
ANNA is a subsidiary of HBS Holding Co., Commercial Registration 7054838177. This note covers annaoffice.com, the live demo at annaoffice.com/demo, and the briefing request form. For anything in this note, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a briefing, we receive your name, your work email, your firm, the role you choose and anything you write in the note. Nothing else is collected through this website, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and arrange a briefing. We do not sell it, share it with other companies for their own use, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who handles it for us
- Formspree, a form service based in the United States, receives the form and forwards it to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers email sent to annaoffice.com addresses.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these pages, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to arrange and follow up on your briefing. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
The live demo
The demo runs on fictional data. Anything you change there, such as an approval or a sign-off, is stored only in your own browser: a refresh keeps it, and Reset demo clears it. It never reaches us.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, data-protection law, such as Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR, may give you further rights.
Changes
If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this note and the date at the top.
